Two weeks. We map how work actually moves through your business and put a dollar figure on where the time is going. You get a written diagnosis, ranked by consequence, plus three things you can fix yourself this week. The document is yours either way.
STAGE TWO

Implementation
We select and set up the right work management system, design the workflows, connect your tools, and document how everything runs. Then we train your team so the system is actually used. Scoped and priced from your diagnosis.
STAGE THREE
Ongoing
retainer
Systems decay when the business changes and nobody owns them. We keep yours current as you grow, onboard new hires onto them, and measure what's improved against the baseline in your diagnosis.
