ReStruck was founded by Samantha Yudin. After spending years working in various administrative and project management roles and achieving her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Samantha worked to find a way to bring her knowledge of administrative systems and operations management to help as many businesses as possible. ReStruck was the answer.

We have a network of successful freelance fractional project managers and administrative professionals who have worked across a wide range of industries and collaborate with us.

Meet the Team

Samantha Yudin

Samantha Yudin (she/her) is a PMP certified Project Manager with over a decade of experience helping creative teams, busy founders, and small businesses stay organized, focused, and running smoothly. Her path has taken her from photo studios to private households to startups — always with one common thread: building systems that keep everything (and everyone) on track.

In 2017, she launched and ran her own CPG brand, Cupeesh, where she created and sold a spreadable peanut butter cup. She built the business from the ground. up - handling product development, operations, logistics, marketing, and everything in between. That experience gave her a front row seat to what it really takes to start and run a business, and it cemented her love for structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution.

As her career progressed, alongside Cupeesh, she began working in project management, earning her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and working across industries to help businesses streamline operations, improve workflows, and keep projects on track.

Now, she turns her full attention to ReStruck, taking all of her experience to help growing businesses establish and optimize their administrative operations.
