A note from Samantha

I've been thinking about what my mindset was when I started ReStruck. There is a lot of reasoning behind it, but it really comes down to this: I've lived both sides of the operational chaos.

As a fractional project manager, I would be working at a company and, weeks or months into a project, find myself asking "where's the documentation?" or "who owns this task?" Only to learn that nobody really knew, because there were no systems or workflows established, and because no one owned the processes, no one knew what I hadn't been told. I'd end up spending way more time than I should have just trying to figure out how the team operated.

When I ran my own CPG company, I was guilty of the same thing. I was so focused on production, sales, and marketing that I didn't build the operational foundation until I was already drowning in the chaos. Nothing like learning the hard way that you should listen to your own advice.

That’s why I founded ReStruck - to help companies build those systems from the start, or rebuild them at a pivotal growth point, so they don't have to learn the hard way like I did. Because the earlier you get your operations right, the less you have to focus on it in the future and the better prepared you will be to grow and scale.
